Frank G. Baloh, M.D.      

Frank G. Baloh, M.D. graduated from the Penn State University College of Medicine in Hershey. His residency training was completed at the University of Virginia followed by a subspecialty fellowship in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery at the Arizona Center for Plastic Surgery. Dr. Baloh is the only fellowship-trained ophthalmic plastic surgeon in the Lehigh Valley. His Envision Cosmetic Surgery Center offers patients a wide range of services from laser skin resurfacing and Botox to eyelid and brow lifts. He is board certified.
